National Treasurer required for Kids’ Lit Quiz UK
This is a great opportunity to be an active part of a children’s literature charity (awaiting charitable status confirmation).
Qualities needed include ability to run a spreadsheet and good communication skills.
The role starts from the beginning of the autumn term: sending out an accounts form to all the regions, and then collating information from the regional KLQ UK heats as they roll out through November. By January, the main task is to present the annual account.
Although the post is voluntary, there is a small annual honorarium.
